The gap
Too many turnover services stopped at the clean, leaving hosts to separately coordinate linen, restocking, reporting and last-minute issues.
Air Ready Stays is a Gold Coast short-stay turnover company owned and run by Daniel and Emma. We built ARS around one simple idea: the property should be genuinely ready for the next guest, not simply cleaned.
Hands-on oversight, clear communication and an operational standard designed specifically for short-stay properties.
Daniel and Emma started Air Ready Stays after recognising a problem in the Gold Coast short-stay market: hosts could find cleaners, but reliable turnover operations were much harder to find. Standards could vary from one stay to the next, small details were missed, communication was inconsistent and there was often no clear accountability once a clean was marked complete.
In a short-stay property, those misses matter. There is a fixed check-in time, a new guest arriving the same day and very little room to fix problems after the fact. Linen needs to be right, guest essentials need to be stocked, presentation needs to feel intentional and damage or maintenance issues need to be noticed early.
So ARS was built to solve the whole turnover, not just the cleaning part. Cleaning, linen, guest essentials, final walkthroughs, quality control, maintenance reporting and practical property support were brought into one operating process designed specifically around the next arrival.
That remains the reason behind the business today: give hosts fewer moving parts, clearer communication and one accountable team responsible for getting the property genuinely ready for the next guest.

ARS was designed around hospitality standards: fixed arrival times, consistent presentation, clear reporting and a final quality-control step.
One owner-led turnover partner covering the moving parts between checkout and the next guest, with accountability built into the process.
We look at the property through the eyes of the next arriving guest, not just a cleaning checklist.
A completed clean still moves through ARS quality control before the turnover is considered guest-ready.
Hosts should know what is complete, what needs attention and what requires a separate specialist.
Daniel and Emma remain closely involved in how ARS operates, grows and supports its clients.
Daniel brings an operations-focused approach to ARS, with an emphasis on systems, service standards and making every turnover easier to manage at scale.
Emma helps keep the moving parts of ARS coordinated — from property requirements and team operations through to consistent support for hosts and management clients.
